learning at the time of the Corona pandemic.
In respect of the undeniable efficiency and proficiency
of their teachers while dealing with various educational
platforms, this experience has achieved great success.

HOW TO APPLY THE SCHOOL?
Through our website,
filling out the application form, and then the parent will be contacted to set an interview appointment.
Upon acceptance, fees will be paid via the website.
How does the teacher make sure that students successfully understand the lesson, and that each student gets the targeted objectives?
As expected, since we care about the quality of education and the ease of learning, the density of numbers in the classes will be small so that it does not exceed 20 students or maybe less, and in case of KG stage, the numbers of students will NOT exceed 18 students.
Can I transfer my son/daughter from one class to another?
And can I switch between morning and evening schedules?
It depends on the possibility of available places in the classes, and the switch will be allowed during the
first month only.
How can
I as a parent
follow up
with my child
throughout the
academic year?
After the student’s admission,
the school’s administration will email or WhatsApp the parent’s account details.
This account enables the parents to access their child’s daily attendance, homework, and grades.
Besides, it allows direct communication with the teachers and maintains any certificates of appreciation provided.

How can I submit a complaint to the school’s administration?
The Administration is open to all suggestions and takes every complaint into consideration.
To illustrate, the parent contacts the customer service team through the school’s website or Facebook messenger and submits a letter of complaint which will be assigned to the people of interest.
For instance, if the complaint is regarding the teacher’s performance, it will be resolved within a few days after creating an action plan with the administration’s personnel and heads of departments.

To be notified, our Facebook page is not a platform for complaints, and any defamation attempts will lead to a series of consequences that may result in cutting all ties.
